This app is much more user-friendly than in the past and I’m able to pay my bills from my iPad and get an overall summary at one glance!
I love ACU, but I wish Zelle was available through the union. I also wish I had full access to my credit card history and statement from the mobile app as opposed to having to log into the website. The convenience of “mobile banking” kind of goes away without the two features I mentioned. Hopefully someone does listen to this feedback and takes action with customer satisfaction in mind. Thanks!
The app itself will not even open. I have tried deleting it, leaving it off for a few days, and even just closing it and reopening it and nothing works.
Despite successful authentication of recovery credentials via text message, attempting to follow instructions to return to the app results in an “Application Error” notification, and no way beyond an unsat review to report it.
If anyone can help me I’d appreciate it. My mobile deposit on the app is no longer reaching to both ends of the screen. This is causing the endorsement lines to cross over into this black space on each end of the screen, not letting my line up the back of my check to complete the mobile deposit. ACU tech support doesn’t understand what I’m talking about. Has anyone experienced this or been able to fix it?
It’s been getting better with everything update but since July 12th when I push the app it goes blank and then back to the original phone screen so I push it again and it does the same thing nothing! Can someone please fix this so I can deposit my checks again!
I’ve been with this bank over a year, I still can not use the App to deposit checks. I’ve called the bank several times and always get some run around. My bank is no where close to me so I have to go out of my way to deposit anything.
