Interesting and unique concept!

I love the idea of the app, I’ve never seen anything like this for mobile before. This is truly impressive. I did however find it be a little frustrating to use. Some times the app wasn’t super responsive and certain tools or movements were not explained well. For an overall enjoyable user experience it could definitely use a little tweaking and more user customization/design tools. With that said, as a UI/UX web developer I can tell this was not an easy application to build. If you ever need any additional help with the code or design of the app, feel free to reach out to me. Won’t load marker on IPhone 8 Plus

I have built a project and have a marker to scan. Scan either times out with an error about internet connection or continues “loading” after several minutes.

I love thins app but it gets way too glitchy so I can’t save my creations and so I am really upset with that! DEVELOPERS PLEASE RESPOND AND FIX!
Add Perspective Change, Please?

Add perspective change when in the virtual playground. Like 180^ degree camera like that. That would be great. Thank you for the great app. Working in Python for 2 weeks, I can understand how soul sucking it can be to get an app working. Especially as complex as this.

Import our own 3D assets

I just recently downloaded this app, for what it’s worth it’s great for a mobile 3D creator. But for those that want to import their own 3D content it would be a great addition. Example import formats STL, FBX, gITF, abc with animations & shaders.
Distorting Glitch or Bug

I really used to enjoy your app, but for me, now its been made dysfunctional. Since December 21, 2020, every time I build something and save it, when I go back to open the world, my creation is distorted, and not what I originally made it to be. By distorted, I mean the blocks, and even objects either enlarge or are replaced with a brick block (for objects), or are not even there afterwards. I don’t know if the problem is being caused by a glitch or a bug, or something else, but it hasn’t been fixed even with updates. I really would still like to play Assemblr, but these problems are inhibiting my enjoyment. Can you please tell me what’s wrong and how to fix the problem. Thanks.

Terrible customer service

After being unable to cancel my subscription, i had to contact customer support to delete my account, claiming it was a “bug” in the system. Nearly a year later, through no action of my own, I get an email that my subscription is going to be renewed. My card gets charged and I tried to contact customer service, but they have done nothing to remedy the situation. Honestly, download any other app and save yourself the headache.
