Too difficult to get additional vehicles

There should be more vehicles and it should not be as difficult to get additional vehicles. I’ve been playing this game for many years and still don’t have some vehicles. Some blueprints are too hard to get. Most boxes can’t be bought with coins, only tokens

I have been playing this game for a while, I have accumulated a decent amount of cars at pretty high levels, a few weeks ago some my cars were reset back to half their level and customer support has done nothing to help.

The Perlini 105F Red tiger truck is listed every day as a daily mission yet this vehicle is not even available in my inventory, even though I have plenty of blueprints of it to build it. Also it is required to finish a level 28 career event. My other issue is that rank up tools hardly EVER show up like other tools, so most of my vehicles are stuck at level 25, limiting the events i can play. Given how many of them are needed to rank up, they should put them in boxes more often.
