Very basic
Marine412

If you are unfamiliar with the ASL manual alphabet, it will help you learn the letters but doesn't help you past that. It actually shows some of the letters inaccurately (my Asl teacher would beat be for signing with such a "screaming E"). Doesn't even string more than one letter together. Doesn't help you learn to read fingerspelling at all. Way to basic for even a beginner ASL student. It's free, and it might help a small few, so I gave it two stars to be nice.

Pretty Good

I really like this app because it did teach me again. It didn't do much though because it has occasional pauses that stops me from remembering. Also the choices are to close to each other and I keep on clicking a different answer than what I want. But over all it was a good reminder of the alphabet and numbers (1-10).

Said to work on iPad

iPad Mini 2 - when it launched it looked EXACTLY like the icon image, nothing less, and nothing more would show nor respond. Dead at that point.

Has potential

Three suggestions: 1) Allow individual sections to be started from scratch at any time. 2) Increase the spacing of breaks. Perhaps add short pauses for incorrect selections. 3) Keep track of words that need improvement, and show them more often. A detailed summary wouldn't hurt either.

Great!
Absoludy

I work with deaf clients, and while my signing is strong, I have difficulty reading finger spelling. This is helping me recognize letters and numbers in Asl faster.

Great!!!

This is an awesome app

Glitchy & No Support
Undergrad2013

The individual letters and numbers testing works well but when it comes to identifying the words, the video doesn't play during testing. I tried to find an email contact to report the glitch but the app support link took me to a sales page for business solutions. So disappointed. This could have really been great.

stopped working
Kelsey_McQuan

After I used it once and closed the app, my app just stopped working. Every time I click it now it doesn’t load no matter how long I wait.

Simple: exactly what you expect in the best way
Nicoliop

Simple, elegant design. No frills. I wanted to practice identifying letters more quickly to communicate with my friends more efficiently. To my surprise and pleasure, I also LEARNED numbers 1 through 10! The other reviews do not seem to be up to date, because my experiences in the last month have been nothing but positive. A big thanks to the developer for providing a helpful, free app!

Easy to learn.
Beendu

I recommend this app to people who need to learn asl letters and numbers. It was also fun seeing how good you you can be at asl.
