Can’t watch the course I just purchased with this app
Noneyo Bidniz

I can’t even watch the course i just purchased off your website on my iPad. The videos won’t play in the browser and when I downloaded this app and logged in, it didn’t even load the course I just purchased with the logged in account. I’m getting hit with some ridiculous message telling me I need to join the subscription service. Terrible.

Terrible App
spdycar

I signed in and that was the end of this app. Unresponsive. It would not let me do anything so I removed it. I’d prefer to view my courses using an app but this one needs some major work! It sounds like you need to roll back and provide the older version for now. The videos are great but even the web interface lacks in usability as bookmarks seem impossible to create for courses to save for later.

Really bad app and video player
Blahnlsh lahvjx

Great concept and content but the app/website and video player are all buggy, function terribly and are of an extremely poor quality. I would love to keep this subscription due to the solid content they have available but between crashes, bugs and crappy lay out and controls I have to cancel it because I can’t make it through a single video. Not worth the effort at all.

Appalling

UPDATED: It turns out I wasn’t getting any sound from the app because my new iPad was in Silent Mode, so that’s solved. However, every other app I used during that time that has audio (GarageBand, YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, Safari, Hulu, Amazon Prime Music, etc etc) worked fine with sound, so why was this the only app that didn’t?? After 10 minutes of trying to log in, there’s no audio for any of the videos I played. I have no problem with any other apps having sound on my iPad, and I even went to the website to try some tuts there (what a useless pain) and the sound worked fine. I’m flabbergasted and appalled, especially seeing there’s been no update to the app in a year. Ugh. I miss the old MacProVideo app...even when it relied on that horrendous NED thing.

Search field a joke
Tgjazz

Let’s say you want to search for videos related to Logic Pro‘s Score editor. You would think all you have to do is type something like this in the search field: Logic Score. You do that and you will see 0 results. When you type however only the word SCORE than it will get you the result you are looking for. Imagine Google‘s search engine would work like this. It be out of business the next second.

Needs work

Would love to use this app but unfortunately I have been unable to purchase a course or subscription without it freezing or crashing.

Crashes? Yes. Fixable? Definitely!
JTCMichal

Hi. When I first ran this app it crashed when I wanted to run a tutorial. Then I remembered an old trick: restart your phone. It only takes a minute. Hold both the power and home buttons at the same time until phone shuts off. Most, iPhone 5's anyway, phones will reboot straight away. The app works perfectly now. Remember, be connected to wifi when downloading or else you're just using data.

Removed basic video player functions
ekkomouse

This new iphone version is now missing the video back and forward buttons. Now we have to back out by hitting done then find the next video. Also the history tracks the videos but you can't play the next one in the series with missing next video buttons. This is tough to do when mobile like on a treadmill. Also still doesn't sync the online main site with this app so you will not know what you watched online already from in this app. Bars really should disappear after ten or so seconds so you don't have to keep touching the screen.

Keeps crashing
Smooth3r

The app keeps crashing when I click a video to watch. Please fix I really like the idea of this app. If not fixed I will delete.
