Functional but needs optimization

A functional app however needs to be optimized for newer iPhones. Also needs an option for bank statement of at least recent 5 statements.

Desperately needs updates for newer iPhones. It’s not optimised for these screens and needs to be followed up ASAP. Sometimes the generated pin is not received by phone, have to try again and again.

Overall i would rate 2 out off 5. Bit complicated from others .few things should be on front screen.main thing is face id and fingerprint is missing which is common on these days on all phone and tablets in market.face id ,fingerprint make easy and fast then type password every time. Ur competitor is far better .improve ur app and ur bank IT network. Thank you

Kindly update the app this app never gets any updates that’s why it is very sluggish and it need updates for iPhone X etc, it needs stability improvements Please work on the app it’s a predicament to use :(

I opened an account in Askari bank for the amazing app that i had seen a demo of on an android phone. And to my surprise i find this horribly outdated app with very basic features. PLEASE UPDATE IT.

the UI looks much better now. The update is appreciated. The only things lacking for me are 1. the “swipe to go back” gesture 2. The scrolling lists stutter a lot (I’m using the iPhone Xs).

Askari provides an app that is of no use except some funds transfer and balance inquiry. Even u cant see statement of your account beyond 5 transactions. Comparatively its a useless app when compared to other banking apps.
