There are issues with the way subscription are being handled. When trying to make an account to be able to view the content on several devices you get multiple error messages, forcing you to purchase a single use option. And customer service is MOST CERTAINLY not helpful. I tried several times to use my 10 digit account number per the instructions and it never worked. It is a shame because the content is superb, but the lousy delivery and customer service will scar the Cricket Media brand permanently.
They're magazines have been always great; i was wondering when they were going to have a digital one and it's finally here If you have a kid, I def recommend this
It is bad bad bad. After subscribing one month in iTunes. It took longer than other mags do to download the issue. Once got the issue, the app kept crashing. Open crash open crash... Sent them an email two days ago. No feedback unless the auto response email.
The app is unusable. It crashes on open. When trying to re-install the app and re-download issues there is no restore purchases option. Trying to get a response from the publisher.
Unable to download magazine because the app did not recognize username or password. Checked info 10x.
Not able to view subscriptions or individual issue purchased through iTunes. FAQ tips do not work. Customer service does not respond and if I was to subscribe through the publishers site my log in to let me see that would not work (I tried that too.). We love the printed magazines but the app does not function.
