Ask for Amazon Alexa App is free iOS app published by RTA Apps Ltd
Alexa fan
Be cautious. This app is not from Amazon. It does not even use Alexa to respond but rather is a front for Siri where she answers when you ask "Alexa, what is ....". So you are not getting the advantage of Alexa and still paying $0.99 for the app (without advertisements after every question). Beware.

It's not the $.99. It's the principle. Enjoy the windfall. I'm deleting the app NOW.

Now i can manage alexa easily. It shows me how i can use alexa without any problem. Going to purchase the pro version soon. Love the simple user interface

OMG! The ads on the free version are ridiculous. Makes it very annoying while previewing the app. The content is quite good, but the graphical user interface (GUI) is quite cheesy and dated.

Recently purchased an Amazon Alexa dot while following the instructions and the attached pamphlet seem to have set up my dot and Amazon which I don’t think is what I wanted. I was looking to have the ability to listen to our music either from Spotify or iTunes or whatever, but I cannot get any. Should have been an easy set up but when I ask for a Alexa Play music I am told I don’t have an account set up so for this reason I am not pleased. I was instructed to set up an Amazon account with my Amazon password which I don’t think this is correct I should’ve been asked for my Wi-Fi password. Very confused and frustrated.
