Perfect app for when I either don’t have the time or energy to go to the gym or when I’m traveling. Still get in an awesome workout (100% better workout than if I was just trying to do something on my own) and so convenient. Next step is to try out these treadmill workouts while I’m actually at the gym.

This app says it’s free. But it’s not. After you subscribe your locked into a 10/month subscription. Scam in my opinion!

Misleading advertising- you don’t know it’s only temporarily free until you’ve let them datamine you. I hate that!

I kept struggling with the motivation to go to the gym. Now with this app it doesn’t feel like a herd commitment and I actually love picking out my next workout towards the end of my work day before I go workout. The only thing is I wish it was easier to look up workouts based on the main part it worked out. Because someday I want more upper body and some days more core or lower. The app is amazing but just a suggestion.

This app has been a perfect complement to my running routine in the winter months. It kept me in shape when running outside wasn’t an option and strengthened my muscles in the process for improving my overall fitness level. I’m a big fan of the instructors and workouts. Nicely done!!

Love this! Very motivating & instructional. Wish you could go back and edit reviews of the workouts (for example I appreciate certain aspects of a workout after doing it a few times). All in all, thank you!

I’ve been using this app for several months now, and it rocks. I’ve significantly improved my running times on the treadmill and outdoors. I thought I was doing fine before, but the personal trainers helped me to improve my fitness level and technique loads. I have also used the indoor bike workouts, fusion, and strength training and have found them all to be time-efficient and effective.

I have been using the app since January. I love the short strength classes although I modify some moves to fit my fitness level. I also love the outdoor running classes and have found them to be useful in improving my stamina. I have been running ASICS studio and Runkeeper together to keep track of my runs. The ASICS Studio trainers are encouraging and motivating-great app!
