My Runkeeper app has been great until today. I had 0.00 miles recorded while walking even though I walked over two miles!

I go for a run or walk with kids and/or dog. After I am done packing kids, dog, cleaning shies after muddy trails, I forget to end it and when I get home, I have to delete it when I realized that. Can it be a way to edit the walk so my car ride doesn’t count as my fastest run? Please?

I inadvertently bought 2 copies of this app. There’s not an avenue to communicate with the company to gat a refund for my mistaken unnecessary purchase. Other than that it’s a fun app that keeps my old bones walking.

I was very happy with this app until I started to run on a treadmill, all my times and measures were wrong!!

Runkeeper go does not work for me.It does not log the miles, time or intervals correctly. I ran 2 miles and it logged 0.4 miles. Not worth the $39.99 yearly fee I paid.

Very good app , Easy to use

It pauses all the time during the workout. Can’t get in a workout due to these continuous pauses for no reason. It was a HUGE waste of money!!
