I love this app! I love how all of her guides are in one place now and the tutorials are within the workouts. You can check off your workouts as you go which is awesome instead of doing it mentally. The only con I can think of is that there should be a stopwatch within the timed workouts. You have to keep getting out of the app to use your stopwatch and then back into the app to remember the next exercise which kind of slows down the workout. I recommend it!

Videos not working

None of my videos on my app are working they are just black. I tried to contact app support but it says their page is no longer found.

I purchased this (very cheap) app not knowing what it would be like. Well, let me tell you, it CHANGED my life!!! I will never look back. I was in pain for weeks with these challenging workouts which would make me cry sometimes, but when I saw the before and after pics......holy moly! AMAZING changes! Buy this app and become an Ashy fan!! She is the sweetest, most supportive person in the world! She has changed my life and I will be forever thankful ❤️️ she has Facebook forums for both her Booty and Ab Challenge and the girls on there are great!!! Oh yeah, buy the Ab Challenge too!! Amazeballs! I'm 43 and my body is looking better than ever! Can't wait for the US leg of her Booty Tour! VIP here I come! ❤️️❤️️ much love ??
