Face ID doesn’t work. Update... i did what you suggested. I disabled and enabled numerous tomes. Still doesn’t work.

App no longer works on my older iPhone. No notice or warning from bank. Update forced but no update is available for this phone so I can no longer use this app.

This app works fine once you are logged in but it automatically logs you out every time you close the app. The fingerprint login doesn’t even pop up and you have to retype all of your account information again. I always set it so the the widget will work but it never does.

It’s quick it’s easy it’s simple I can be on the go and make transfers check balances and manage my money they also have the best security I don’t know how someone got my card information but the bank called me really quick when they noticed suspicious activity and I was also able to get back the money I lost wow Great job that they did!!! Now that’s Peace of Mind!!!

My roommates and I use this app to pay each other for rent and everything. Sometimes it works fine and other times IT LITERALLY DELETES EVERYTHING YOU FREAKING TYPE when you try to enter the ACCT # and Name of the person you transfer to. What is the point of having this app if all you can do is check you balance. This problem has been persistent for over a year and we have both Android and iOS devices. FIX IT DANG IT THIS CRAP IS ANNOYING AF TO THE POINT I’M ABOUT TO TOTALLY SWITCH BANKS. I can’t pay anyone now without them having to wait for PayPal or CashApp to process and take fees. FIX IT

Bill pay will not let you delete previous items that have been paid or no longer being paid. I have a lot that I was paying and no longer apply. I have gotten a couple of reasons from Bank Staff. One being it has to stay on my bill pay for proof of activity, but my other activities don’t stay on on the screen each month. Can they be deleted?
