Not working properly anymore

MatteWizard

I used the app on my phone to check my work and it always allowed me to click on the likes so I can see who liked the work. But now it is greed out. And further more, it show the thumbnail large before you can see the full-size image. Not sure what they changed but I wish they would fix this. The website is flawless. Just the app is not working right.

Where’s the grid view?

burfalcy

It’s difficult to browse my feed now — each artwork takes up most or all of the screen, where I could easily look through thumbnails and select pieces of interest much more easily before. I can’t figure out how to change the view back. Please help.

Hate the new format

It you to be a grid so you could see many artists at once, that was a much better UI. Hardly open the app now. Close to deleting it.

Amazing

This app is one of the best I have. It opens up an entirely new world of imagination and creativity of different artists and you can still look at others great art even if you aren’t an artist. This app is one that will always be on my favorites list.

Great Place for Digital Art

Tygon14

Easy to use and filled with an amazingly diverse array of work and art styles.

Last version

Last version is really really bad , worst idea for feed ever !!!

Dislike the art navigation

Heheh dud

I really dislike this app on iPad now. The whole A. swiping through the thumbnail —> B. Low quality version of the art —> C. Tapping for actual image. Isn’t great. Would much prefer how the website actually is. Thumbnail grid, tap on it = full quality images in a scroll. The reason the site is so well received and widely used is for how simple it is, i feel the app loses that.

Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken

UI on iPad feels slow. Much prefer the desktop version with the grid. The grid makes it much easier to find things that catch my eye rather than having to scroll through individual projects for 10 minutes.

Good app but needs improvement

Artstation is a great plaform to collect great works from artists around the global. But, this app still have a long way to go. First, the gif files cannot be downloaded from the app directly, they will become still images. I have to copy links and download them from the browser. And the new video-ish format? It is cool to view the art pieces, but I still find no way to download them at this moment. Finally, the caches in form of data and files. The app doesn't provide a cache-removal function. Hence, after a while, the app will take up so much space on iPhone, my only option is to delete and reinstall it. Hopefully, the app is improving along the way; so, I will look forward to seeing the developers to fix them.
