I really like this app but now with the operating system 11 for Apple your app needs to be updated. Please, please update this app so I can use it again. :-(

Won’t work with iOS 11+
ByteNurse2

Developer has not upgraded it to work with iOS 11+. A great app, now useless.

Best ever

30 years ago I spent $4000 on an encyclopedia. Kids today, amirite?

Nice, focused.

I like Articles a lot. It's strangely useful to have a specific app for Wikipedia! New version is great, I like the expanded search previews.

Great app, not so great icon.

I love this app, and I've been using it for quite a while. Hands down the best Wikipedia app on the App Store. I do miss the old icon, however. I understand that the new one was made by The Iconfactory, but it doesn't fit at well as the old one did. I was going to request that you perhaps replace the icon with the old one, because it looks just fine on iOS 7, however as I'm typing this I just discovered that you've accepted a position at Apple and you won't be updating this app or any others. That makes me incredibly sad. Well then, this isn't what I excepted to get out of writing this review. Darn it. Well, good luck at Apple, Sophia!

Great wiki reader but TERRIBLE icon
ubergoatdude

Love this wiki reader, but seriously, I literally use this app way less because the icon turns me off. Change it please

Bring Back Signature Icon
(:.Donatella.:

This is a great app and I like using it but won't do the update because I would lose the app's signature icon. The new icon is right in line with the new dumbed down, flat, and totally uninspired look of iOS7, which reminds me of washed out anime for toddlers. Please bring back your elegant and artistic icon. Yes, it matters. The look and feel of the old iOS6 was one reason why I forked out the money for an iPad in the first place.

New Icon is horrible !!
moonwatcher

Please, please bring back the old icon and stand out in a world of flat! Or at least a flat file cabinet? I'd rate 5 stars but I find the new icon non-intuitive... after that Articles is the best Wikipedia reader / tool out there.

Bring back the old app icon!!!

Don't fix what ain't broke. I actually loved the old app icon. The new one is so bad that I actually hid the app in a folder so I no longer had to look at it on my home screen. Other than that, the app contains great design and is easy to use. I have no complaints other than the new app icon. Please bring the old icon app. Highly recommend it!

Update the icon and only the icon?
GiantWyrm

Seriously? You expended an entire update just to update an icon? It doesn't even use the new keyboard. Are you serious?
