Don't waist your time on this event they lie to you on the odds you never win till you spend $100's and when you email them they never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Respond they just want your money and don't care about anything else I would not spent one cent on this game if I where you learn from us and don't feed these greedy developers.

Last update broke game

First off I love this game. Great people and it's a lot of fun. The last update made the game unplayable though on 5c with iOS 10.3.3. No buttons work so can't train, gather, build, or fight. I tried reinstalling game and now it is stuck on the tutorial because the button to train does not work. Please update so I can continue to play.

Right before the killing event I have a bug/glitch issue and I can use my 3 day shield. How will I recover troops and resources plundered???

Lost my account right before the city war!!!! I’m xxbirdxx in city 26. If this is how you guys treat players that spend on your game, well I’ll never spend a dime on any of your games again and won’t bother to play any either. Very irritated right now!!!!!!

I have been playing this game for over one year. The game will not open. I’m in city 17. It’s been reading that there is server maintenance. That’s not true. I’m talking with friends in line app and they say the game is up and running. What’s the problem? I’m going to lose my game. My shield has expired. Please turn the game back on.

Don’t bother spending money on this game because if something goes wrong, customer service will never respond to you. I have seen players that spent thousands!! and customer service wouldn’t even bother with them. The developers seriously needs a law suit filed against them!

I have been playing this game for 3 years. During this time I have lost three bases, and to this day and now on second developer. I have not been able to get anyone to help retrieve my account. I like this game, because who would continue to play a game that has cost me time and money. But spending money doesn’t get me help. Figure writing a review, contacting in game customer service and writing every given customer service contact on app page about developer would get someone’s attention. But I can hope for better from a new developer but thus far nothing has shown me otherwise. On all 3 accounts I was VIP 12, so for those who play and run game know what I have invested. All I want is to get help. Can some do something different, surprise me! Account is ShowMeSunset in city 27 Shadow Boxer
