Useless on iPhone. Picture is shaking and looks really bad. Friend on Android had no issues and all was looking decent.
You guys are losing money every day! Get your **** together.

We really want to go see the Art in paradise museum in Chiang Mai but won’t go until we can download this app. I have full WiFi and have tried several times on multiple phones and it won’t download. You should fix this ASAP and more people would come.

We went to the the Chiang Mai art in paradise and had a blast there. The worst part was this stupid app. First we had to download it and it took 5 mins. Then once it’s downloaded you have at add the Chiang Mai installation. That took 10-15 mins. Once it was loaded we finally were able to start using it. Except the video bounced around so you can’t actually watch it. Or you will get it where it grays out and interrupts your video. After we used it for a few times, it stopped recording any video or pictures. So we took a few that didn’t get into my gallery. So finally we just used the app to see what the item looks like, then just took normal pictures with our cameras and have now deleted this pointless app. We were so excited for the great app. But when you spend 400 BHT for the exhibits and they talk about their app, don’t get your hopes up that it will actually work. Hopefully they will fix this so people can actually have access to what they advertise.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would definitely put that as an option. First of all, the app eats up your battery. If it was at 95% at one time, a few minutes later it will be at 85%. Then, the app doesn’t even work because the video and animations are so bad and the video just becomes so blurry that the quality of it ruins everything. If they want to advertise this app then they should fix the things people are complaining about. At one point, we just used the app to see what the animations look like and took pictures with our normal camera. However, my family and I had a great time there and we had some cool shots. Hopefully this app will get fixed and people will enjoy there time there.

I don't know what these complainers are talking about: we connected to the free Wi-Fi at the museum, downloaded the app in a couple of minutes to an iPhone SE and iPhone X, and it worked great on both. Make sure you bring extra battery, like they recommend at the museum, because the app is processing intensive. After every 10 or so videos, I recommend restarting the app to keep it speedy. The app definitely doubles the fun!
