The app counts really slow which annoys me sometimes, but it makes me slow down & really isolate my arms & I get a great workout! Also it has the option to do a workout or just exercise, it helps out a lot if you're not feeling in the mood to work out, you can just do a light exercise

Just tried it out. Didn't know this would be he only except use I would need to feel the burn. Pretty nice.

Total waste of money , it doesn't working , ask you to enter information when you enter all data for example : height , weight , age still ask you to enter all information , never starts any thing . I don't know how others gave 5 stars , to mislead ( like me ) . Pls don't buy this app.

Even though one must pay for this app, it is by far the best for arms. I love it! Very detailed in the workouts and anybody can do it as long as they have the will to do it!?
New version crashes!!!!

The update crashes!!!!! Needs to be fixed, the money I paid to get bigger arms and the app crashes, needs to be fixed!!!!
