No Video Shown But Audio Heard

Updated to latest OS version for iPad mini and now all I get is sound and no video displayed. The app control buttons no longer show. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail.

This is the best general-purpose media viewing client I've found on the app store. It connects to almost anything and has a decent UI for viewing and playing from the device. Also can stream remotely. It also remembers your place when browsing a server if you leave the app and come back – well at least half the time, but that's miles better than most other clients. It would be golden if it remembered the place even better, provided a browse history function, and added A-Z thumbnail index when browsing large lists. Oh, and also eager-load those lists in the background instead of pausing to query server every time you scroll.

I have two days trying this app , watching tutorials, and I cannot see the first video, terrible.

Installed and right out the gate: operation failed. That was the message: operation failed. No troubleshooting assistance, no help menu, nothing. $6 in the slot machine and lost. Didn’t even get the thrill of pulling the handle. So just be prepared, it’s a gamble.

Since the upgrade to iOS 10 this app will not stream music from phone or iPad to my dish hopper like it used to. Please update the app so I can change this review!!!
