Good gameplay, bad customer service.

Hey. I’ve been playing a game for a while until I ran into a big problem. The game started giving me a “weak connection” notice even though my wi-fi connection is very strong. So after a few attempts the game let me in and even let me get in line for a match. But after a few attempts every time when I was pressing the “ready” button I was disconnected from it. This lead for jot only the connection issues, but also my in-game credibility went extremely low so now I can’t even play online PVP. So I wrote to in-game customer support asking to solve it and return my credibility level. And boy oh boy... First, they told me that credibility decreases as you go afk, but this wasn’t my case. Second, they told me that I should play on US servers not the European ones if I am located in the US. But I am located in Europe... After I told them that it is getting ridiculous and I am not getting any help, just weird suggestions that don’t apply to my case, I was told the best thing ever: They told me not to use VPN and that my game wasn’t downloaded from the legal Google Play store... and I am using an iPhone. No help at all, the gameplay is good, but be careful with customer support and in game problems that may and will occur.

I think that AOV is an outstanding game it's just that people don't go the positions that are necessary during gameplay. You should make it to where the player can choose the lane/jungle they want to be in before they enter the queue. So that people won't arguing about lanes and jungle. It is annoying when two or three of your teammates are arguing and could possibly cost the rest of your team the game.

This game is really well done, the controls are fluid and as a seasoned moba player this game has fit in quite nicely with my collection. The only draw back it’s how expensive the skins and heroes are to purchase, the cost often outweighs the benefits of having skins etc. I would recommend adding more benefit to having a skin aside from 10-20% more gold which translates to an extra 40 gold max.

I’ve played a few MOBA’s on console and that was like poking a toe into the water and I enjoyed the experience and the gameplay but what really hooked me on this was the dc collaboration and the detail of the characters and abilities that some MOBA’s don’t provide

I’ve been playing this game around a month or so and I’ve never been so attached so a MOBA like this before. The gameplay is fast-paced and well designed (just a small nitpicking, could it have more map options) it’s easy to pick up any character in the game (and with a little practice and understanding of the move set) and be good with them. I love how the game isn’t pay to win and has a heart toward f2p players as they give you a good amount of characters by just playing the game, and earning a good amount of in-game currency will get you that one character you really wanted to try out as they do have a testing mode for a character you are trying to buy to see if that character really suits your playing style (I recommend playing as the joker because he is really enjoyable). But this game isn’t without its flaws. Some characters feel way better then others and a little outdated as with there move set (the guy who rides the swords into the screen) and could be changed to feel a little worth picking up. Otherwise this game is really good.I see myself and people who wanna pickup the MOBA genre playing this game for a long time.

Every time I open the app, the loading screen appears, then I get the notice, "CheckDevice_QuitGame" with the only option being "Yes". Once I click the only option, the game crashes. This happens when I reopen the app as well. Please fix this bug.

Not bad for a mobile MOBA

I played dots 2 and other MOBA’s on pc and find this game a lot of fun when I’m Way from the computer but still want to get my MOBA fix. Lots of fun characters although they do seem to have similar moves but still fun to try out new ones and the DC heroes are an interesting twist.

Love this game!

Now with football mode for the World Cup. It can’t be better.
