I rate this app only 3 stars because it’s really annoying to sign in and when I need the app or need to draw floor plans, it’s not that clarified on how to use it. I think it’s really great that it’s very specific and that you can use it for home plans. Otherwise it’s not the best but it’s still good because it’s very hard to find another app out there like this.

I’m an architect and can say this app is great. However, it’s pricey for what it is and I am not a fan of subscriptions. If I’m going to put up with a subscription I will stick to auto desk products and get full features.

Needs free or one time purchase version

I may only need this a few times a year for personal use, so I really am not going to ever pay for a subscription. You should have a one time fee option that maybe limits the files to 4-5, and restricts most of the advanced features.

Too Expensive for once a year user

I like this plan, used it for my inventory floor plan last year with my free trial. However, I only need it one month out of the year and the price just became an issue if you don’t use it for another 11 months. Now I moved and need a new floor plan for my new place would love to give 5 stars but not for the price. You should have some price for people like me that only need it once a year.
