If you are a type of golfer that seeks some OR as much info about your equipment in how you perform as you use the then BUY ARCCOS. End of story. It will open your eye in WAYS you never have before in regards to your performance….Period! NOTHING COMES CLOSE.

App was glitchy. Didn’t track all shots. I canceled my subscription and still waiting for my refund which I doubt I’m going to get.

Accurate but some flaws

So far I love the app. It is very accurate with the gps and giving club recommendations, but I have started to notice towards the end of the rounds my clubs have not been registering with the sensors to display that they were used to count a shot taken.

I have to go in every round and correct all the missed shots. Needs a lot of work Only positive is that the distance and it figures wind in and that has helped but tracking shots is not the reason you should buy this.

The app is alright when it works. If you’re like me and winter is a thing where you live I don’t suggest using this app. When you sign up for the free trial they say that the app is $9.99/month after the trial. What they don’t tell you is you are billed a yearly fee at time of renewal. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the yearly fee until over a month after it hit my credit card. That’s my fault, but now I’m stuck paying for an app I can’t use for the next 5-6 months when I can golf again. You have to email them to cancel your subscription as well. There isn’t an option to cancel within the app.

I’d like to see a return to the old score card. Being able to compare during the round, as to what you’ve previously shot on a hole was very helpful. You might think you’re playing better or worse, but easily seeing you last rounds will let you know where the changes are.

Constantly ends the round before I’m done

I don’t know what happened but I have to restart my round every 4 or 5 holes now. I’ve bought the arrcos product a few years ago and I’ve been very happy with the app till recently; now I have to restart it multiple times during the round.

They work ok but are not for me. I used them for about a month. Before my annual membership was set to auto renew, i requested they cancel me considering i hadn't used them in 10 months. Apparently they dont just cancel upon request. They send an email (in my junk folder) saying are you sure? Make you log back in and request the cancelation again. So dumb. This happened over the holidays while i was on vacation. They charged my card $100 anyways even after i requested the cancelation. I sent several requests for a refund and got zero answers. Screw this company. Will never recommend.
