Hello Spacetime, I just wanted to say that I love the game and every detail in it and I like how much you input to the game and all the events that you make. I’ve played this game since 2013 and I’m still playing it. There is no feedback I can give other than you could maybe make a new section on the map

Great game too expensive

What you ask for to buy plat and gold is way to much I honestly dislike the fact that we can’t just buy gold without buying that expensive plat.... but overall it’s a good game just that issue it would be nice if you can make your prices more interesting than a fantasy price

Terrible Experience

The support team is completely useless. I was a paying costumer on this game and one time I emailed them once regarding my banned account, and they didn’t even respond. The ban wasn’t even my fault because it was more of a misunderstanding. I recommend not wasting your time on this game. If you try to get help, don’t expect any help because the support team won’t help you.

I Need Help

I don’t know where else to ask for help so i am writing here in the reviews. I finished a quest and went to turn it in but it doesn’t say what the dialogue always says “Complete Quest” something like that.I keep reloading the game and the “Complete Quest” button isn’t there it only says “I’ll see you soon!”.The quest im trying to turn in is “A Grim Task” to Boltag, please help with this issue i really like this game and don’t wanna have to start over on another account

I started playing this game years ago when it was released. I loved every moment but eventually got bored and moved on. I keep coming back to find new changes and I love it. The problem I've been having is with the coins. I did a really long survey months ago and was told that I'd get a few hundred coins for it (forgot the amount.) In the end, I didn't receive them so I contacted customer support. They said I did get them in my account, but they were no where to be found. That's the last time I played. Now I'm back and the controls keep getting "stuck" which I remember happening previously.

This game isn’t nothing too special. The graphics are alright. Seems like if you want the good stuff, you’ll have to go into your pockets. Not anything to tell somebody about... ??‍♀️

I’ve been playing the game almost since it came out. I love the game but the game is getting boring. There hasn’t been a major update since forever like the graphics. One of the major thing that most players like me would want is something you that would get their attention back like a new hero instead of just picking 3 there should be more details to it like what class? Mage can choose healer, caster, or anything. The money is also one problem if players want to get stronger at the game they have to spend money or it would take them 1 to 2 weeks just to earn enough money to buy a decent items. You should add another way to give player a chance to earn enough money to keep them going and not get bored. It was one of the best game back then but it’s been a long time since you guys have taken care of the game. GIVE US OR SURPRISE US OLD AND NEW PLAYERS. I’m not the only one complaining. Ty for creating a wonderful game, I’m going to have to delete the game for now, I hope once I download it again there’s something new that would shock us. THANK YOU.
