I’m not receiving any of my platinum rewards from tapjoy. I’m waiting on 154 platinum coins that I’ve completed the requisite needed. Can you please give me my platinum coins. Other than that this is a great game to play. Easy controls and conversations are easy.
This WAS an amazing MMORPG
BLADE PAIN
It’s still a good game don’t get me wrong but I’ve been playing since 2015 and can’t even earn the arcane gear and other updated gear because everything is pay to get the best of the best or grind and keep grinding until you just don’t enjoy the game anymore to get the best gear it really went downhill in quality to me and every time you speak to STS about the flaws with AL one of the mods will say “you’ll be fine” like they don’t even care lol but I went on to bigger and better games only reason I’ve kept my account is because I’ve had it for so long I will admit STS has made the mini events better but that’s about it it’s really hard to get gold if you’re a new 2018 player I don’t recommend this game not because of my experience but because STS is just after the money they treat free to play players like a minority

I finished lots of offers and I didn’t get hundreds of plats as Tapjoy said they would give so pls do something about it and I’ll give 5 star cus it’s a good game
Gratuitous Banning

I hadn’t played the game in like 7 months because I became extremely busy. When I tried to play again, it said I was banned “forever” for violating their terms of services. The fact that they can’t provide actual detail or reasoning shows that they’re banning people on their on whim.
Support Staff

The game itself is good even though it has many downsides which will take a lot of my time and probably wouldn’t fit if I had to write all of them down. The only other thing that really irritates me is the support staff, THEY’RE COMPLETE TRASH, when you send them an email the only thing that you receive is an auto message which says that they’ll review it later and they’ll get back to you as soon as possible but other than that you never or atleast I have never got an email back from a REAL member of the the support staff. This game is already declining and will completely die if you don’t do something about the support staff.
Fun but banned

Got banned one day for no reason and am never allowed to play again I have done a lot over the years with this game got incredibly strong and rich and worked hard and really enjoyed myself to bad about the ban but this is still a really fun and addicting game.
