Not bad, but needs improving.

Silicon Halo

Graphic wise this action/platformer is a great recreation of Ghouls and Ghosts. However, it lacks in the touch response of the controls. I have deleted and downloaded the app several times just in the case that it was a download error, but it is not. The controls do work, but intermittently. The response timing seems very slow and sometimes unresponsive altogether. I really like the look and the feel (when it works), so I hope they can fix the responsiveness and then I will change my review to a 5 to reflect satisfaction.

Sorry but I have nothing good to say about this game. It's clunky, simple, and not in the least bit entertaining. I suppose if you want to play a game that feels like it was made 20 years ago then this is for you. I like games that are a little more modern...

Potentially a great game but...

It keeps very well the look and feel of the 16bit generation. The gameplay is good but the re spawning at the beginning of every level kills most of the fun. If you like the genre go for it!

Advice

This game has potential, but your controls need work. Your action buttons need a larger hit zone, 2x bigger. Your movement buttons need to span much more of the screen. In general you need to make much smarter input handling, otherwise the game is frustrating :|.

What can i say?

Godzillasaurus Rex 4

The graphics are cool and a simple story, but it does'nt make up for the horrendous controls and tooooooooo high difficulty. You can only move or control your jumps sometimes. Only hard core players ahould play this game

Great throwback to the old ghosts and goblins, but the controls are terrible. If you're off by just a little, the it won't move, or attack, whatever you're trying to do.
