Honest review

A future pilot

Ok don’t get me wrong this is an amazing game or app or whatever AR apps are called. Very easy controls and just an all around great experience. Just a warning this game does take a lot of battery so do it in your backyard or somewhere near a charger just in case. A few things that need to be added is possibly a speed chooser for when your in an open area and want to be a little speed demon or if your in your office and just want to mess around. Also please add a size slider option to select how big you want your airplane. This could make the game a lot more playable in so many more settings. Also by popular demand is the addition of more aircraft. The biplane is a fun little thing but variety is always key to customer satisfaction at least in my perspective. Just to recap I do recommend this game for anyone looking for a fun AR game and hope that they listen to my review and make it even more awesome!

The game

Every time I load the game it says point at the floor and move gently to get started and I do it and hen nothing happens

The sky’s the limit!

AR airplanes gives one a relaxing way to fly a virtual slow moving radio controlled like bi-plane, in the real world. The new controls make it much easier to take off and control on my iPad Pro 2. This AR app seems like a great way to try out Radio Controlled flight. Especially before going out and buying a real and fragile RC plane kit.

Needs better control

Miffed.

I like the novelty of this as an AR app. As a flight sim, it needs a lot of work. At the least you should have an option for using a model of a real RC controller, either mode 1 or 2 where you can add the throttle to the left or right stick. If people needed a third stick or slider to control the throttle, we’d all crash our expensive toys! :-)

So cool

This ARKit game is rad!! Definitely try it. I just got an iPhone-X and this is one of the first augmented reality apps I downloaded.
