This is one of the first apps I installed on my original iPhone (App Gone Free). It's one of a few remaining apps to feature free apps in the AppStore. Apple's policy of removing them has left very few. iOS 11 will do away with the few functional ones that are left. This app also has very informative answers for user submitted questions which I hope helps it make Apple's cut.
Free app expired in less than 2 hours

Yep. It's 11am and one of today's free apps has already expired. That's less than 2 hours of being free. Although there are a lot of junk apps and way too many games I would never use I like the idea of the app. But there are 3 problems: 1. Often the free apps are the "lite" versions requiring an in-app purchase for the full version. This should be disclosed up front in App Advice before being sent to the app store. 2. The time zones are not considered. I live in CA and when it is still "today" here many of the apps that are free "for that day" are no longer free. As I mentioned today an app expired in less than 2 hours. There should be a specific time zone mentioned. I.E. This price is good until Midnight or 1pm. Pacific time, etc. 3. Sometimes the "real" price of the app is inflated to make it look more like a deal. When removed from App Advice it gets lowered to its actual price.

Sometimes these apps are not free! What’s the deal?? How can you advertise them as free, but when you tap to download, it tells you the cost. I’ve had this happen several times.

I have been using the app for a couple of years, but with the new format, I can’t get any thing to download. Before the latest update I would have rated it five stars plus, because who doesn’t like free. Please look into this problem and see if it’s my problem or yours. Thanks
