Returned my head unit to Best Buy since the reason I bought it, was to use with my iPhone. Can’t do that anymore with this app. Let these reviews be a warning looking to buy pioneer products made to use with apple products. They had months to prepare for IOS11 and failed. Continue to fail.

Got this app to make my head unit a navigation unit. Does not work. My phone connects and I can hear the voice but nothing on my screen. I thought Waze was supposed to show up on the screen. Please fix. I might consider changing my rating if you do and it works problem free for a while. Until then 1 star is being very generous.

After upgrading the firmware and iOS11. It doesn’t work .. at all ...
Lps are awesome
I would have given this five stars but the navigation is bad. I tried to use it on a road trip for the first time and realized the navigation doesn't show when you switch freeways. I was in Indianapolis trying to find my freeway and it let me pass it, it let me go 8 miles out of my way in St Louis as well. If I knew the quality of this app I would not have bought this radio. Also why can't you watch your movies, everything links but you can't watch a movie. I would not recommend this and I would not buy the radio again.

avh x391 bhs head, 5s iPhone running 10.2.1 connected through usb. Works great. Runs waze app well also. Set up using five star car audio vid. *Update: Black screen on iOS 11. Pioneer has given no guidance in repeated requests for information on when or even if their firmware will be updated to address the iOS 11 compatibility issues. Very disappointing support for an electronics firm.

Bought my avh-x390bs and was excited to use my iPhone 7 with it but now it only plays Bluetooth audio since the app will never launch. I read about this issue a long time ago before I purchased the unit and thought it would be fixed by now. Nope.
