Great for a free app

I think there’s a lot of great functionality to this for small business owners. I just wish the automated text messages were actually automated - you get a reminder to manually send the text message, but if you’re like me and leave your iPad at home, you can’t send the message. So it’s not quite “automated”... I think it would probably be worth it to buy the premium version so that you can have the app on multiple devices and therefore not ever miss sending out a text message, but I’m cheap.

I like this app and am so close to purchasing the upgrade only because of the multiple messaging options. With the free version you can only send 1 message (instant confirm, reminder, after care) while the upgraded version allows all 3 to be sent. I just wish it would sync better with my Apple calendar. It does sync, but it’s not shared with family because it is placed under the Appointfix category instead of the shared family…if that even makes sense!! I also wish I could better color customize entries. The only color customization is the different appointment types. Other than that… do love the simplicity and ease of the app. I don’t allow my clients to book online so I cannot review that part. Oh…and I wish somehow I could customize the notes for the client. Like somehow add SOAP notes and every visit I could add notes for that visit.

This app has been a life saver for scheduling my appointments and sending out reminders to clients! I can also add in services and block out a certain amount of time for each service. So much better than a physical appointment book for use in the salon.

I love using this program for my salon. I booth rent and it helps me remind everyone of their appointments. You very rarely have missed appointments. Clients love the reminder feature
