Why I must update the software to talk to customers service!!!!!!!! So the next Apple event Apple can say 999.99999% of iPhones now are using iOS 11 even though it is an atrocious software!!

I think this app should has more server, because when I want to use app Apple support I’m going to move from Apple Id Vietnam to Apple Id USA :(

The options that you are given cover any issue you might be having. You can all directly or schedule a call when it is convenient. Apple support is outstanding. Their support techs are knowledgeable but do not hesitate to transfer your call to senior techs.

I have 342 apps and 11.50 GB of music in iTunes. Some of the music is from my own CDs, but most was purchased through Apple. Yet, I have to put off upgrading due to one single third party app that wants me to use them to hold my personal data instead of iCloud. I trust iCloud, therefore I have not upgraded. If I could only upgrade, I could once again use the Apple Support app. I am in a catch 22 and I have a feeling that I will be staying there for a long time. I am sorry4ever.
