Long time Spotify user switched to AM

I was mostly a Spotify user until I got my iPhone a few years back, after trying out Apple Music I’m fully converted. The audio quality is better, so is the lyrics UI feature. Definitely staying with AM for a long time

Service is totally fine. The app however is pushy it wants to play whenever the play button is pressed in ether the swiped own menu or pressing a button on headphones. Even if I haven't used it in a week and have been listening to other apps it just takes over and plays something. This leads me to uninstall it some times just for it to be less annoying. Also the volume can't go low enough for my taste. Even with the volume all the way down. It's still louder than I want for back ground music.

Apple need to implement more music, videos and programs and Chanels from youtube, many people it’s a youtube premium for those reasons, I was one of them, and I’m think to move back to youtube premium, there’s the newest songs, interviews, podcasts and viral videos are over there in Youtube Premium, I love apple but come on Apple don’t let us down!

I love Apple Music I’ve been using it along with Spotify and now it’s my go to music app. Lately after an update the app is completely unusable. When I click a song to play, any song, it will skip through five or ten songs and remain paused. I restarted my iPhone, I cleared the cache I’ve done everything I can and still nothing. I wish I could send a screen record to show.

my music just stops when its playing a song and i have to restart the app so many times and it doesnt save my playlist so i have to make a new one everytime and it doesnt save my library at all its so buggy to. It seem like a good app but it always stops my music at of out wear.

This is by far the buggiest app i’ve ever used by such a massive company. Hire some real developers. You are an embarrassment.

I made several playlists and while listening to them they would delete every time. I had to remake playlists at least 4 times and got the same result. Although it’s a good way to find and listen to music it was awful at keeping track of things. I am very annoyed.

This has been an amazing app to use don’t get me wrong but, apple music keeps taking all of my music off my playlist. I use to only have one playlist due to this issue but it finally deleted it for no reason?

when i click app support it doesn't take me to the contact info of this app, it just take me to your guys site which doesn't give the option im looking for, fix your app it never loads my music regardless of how fast my wifi is and it freezes or glitches constantly im getting sick of and your share play is straight scummy, i have to have apple branded headphones to screens hate in face times
