The app stopped working about a month ago. It says to email for help and the only response I get is “Service is unavailable.”

I had this app and I earned a lot of points after spending so much time on this and they didn't give me any thing. I even send them a message and they told me the app has problem do they are not able yo pay me. the worst app ever
Doesn’t work

All I get when I open the app is a message that says: cannot login please contact us to resolve this issue. The options I can chose are: Try Again and Ask for help. There is a loading sign in the top right corner that won’t go past 95%. There also appears to be a very colorful but very blurred image in the background. At the top of the screen, it says Tap to retry and at the bottom it has the cash bounty logo and says Bounty Game. I have not been able to use that app at all.
They dont pay you

I requested a payment for my tokens, then the app went down saying “can’t log in” When I emailed them about my payment they told me the site is in “adjusting” and recommended using one of their other apps, that was a month ago. I just emailed again and got the same reply.

When I saw videos on this app I thought I would try it out but whenever I try to download it it just crashes can you please fix this issue I’m having
