QUICK BLOCK
The simplest way to block apps. Tap the "Start" button, and your pre-selected apps are blocked! If you have a Premium subscription, you can activate Quick Block for a specified duration.
SCHEDULED BLOCKING
With schedules, you can set up days or times during which blocking is active. Want to block social media while at work? Don't want to be bothered by work apps at home? No problem. AppBlock can also block based on your location which can be combined with the timetable.

STRICT MODE
Are you tempted to turn off blocking to access your apps? You can lock the app to prevent yourself from making any changes. And you know what's best? With premium you can set Strict Mode to automatically start as soon as any Schedules mode is activated.
