Doesn’t use face ID

Super annoying that an Apple app doesn’t use Face ID, I have to login the old way every day.

PRK NAP PS-PYA 5 ESE App Store Connect.......................is good for you.

The main reason I use this app is to be able to see how early sales are doing on my latest apps. It appears that I can no longer do that as I cannot find the Trends link/button. I am giving this app review one star to maybe draw attention to this issue. The description even states that there is a trends feature.

Push notifications bug

The app says it can send notifications for ratings but it only sends notifications for written reviews. Would be nice to send notications for ratings.

Spoilt by fixed time zone and forced logout

App is spoilt by zero ability to change the time zone from UTC. Also the forced logout every week or so is tiresome and emphasizes how Apple doesn’t get security

Bug with “trends” feature

The app no longer shows any sales trends: units, etc for my account. It can’t be fixed by reinstall, logout, etc.

Bug of trends showing 0 data

I can no longer check any data in Trend section. It gives me 0 on every section. Hope the Apple team can fix it soon.

Empty data fields

I have my app with them since 2012, last 2 months on random days, their app metrics show up null. Nothing. Empty. Not sure when it’ll be fixed, back to the desktop.
