This app is really good and it works! It is worth downloading and I don't know why people say it doesn't work because it does. 

This app is horrible, it only shows on the LOCK SCREEN.

The people who say it only works on the lock screen obviously don't know how to set their homescreen wallpaper. This app works fine, you just need to know how to center the photo when youre choosing your background.

Its alright! It works fine! When you set it,dont move it;just leave it exactly how it is! The only ones that look real cool are the actual boxes around it. 3 stars.
