Not working properly on iOS 12.4

I downloaded almost all screen recorders in the App Store only to find out most do not properly work on iOS 12.4. I done all the tricks, tips etc to no avail. Don’t know if anyone else out there has the same problem. My device iPhone XR on iOS 12.4.

I’ve been searching for a video and sound capturing application for a while and this one seems to do the job better than any others I’ve come across so far. Highly recommended!
