Despite midi-over-bluetooth functionality being baked into OS X, this app is still relevant because it can connect apps that don’t work over Apple’s native midi-over-bluetooth solution. 5 Stars!!

I half expected I would need to blunder about trying to configure everything in order to have a hope of it working. Instead, I downloaded to iPad and iPhone, opened apollo on each, then opened a synth on the iPad and Lemur on the iPhone. All I had to do then was set Lemur to apollo and just like that I'm controlling my iPad synth with my iPhone Lemur "keyboard/LFO lab" template. MIDI learn worked just as it does when on the same device. Super!

I cannot believe this is free. I wanted to support you so I went ahead and bought MusicIO to support the whole team of developers. Even if you have a whole setup of midi controllers you'll still find this incredibly useful. Great job and keep up the great work.

It's one of those rare situations where the thing does exactly what it says on the label. Perfect! This enables my workflow and never fails on me. For me it's critical, and performs just like I expect. Great app!

I love this! I use it with an iRig keys and iPhone to send Midi to my iPad which already has a Microphone plugged in.

I have been using your product for months with major success. You just updated your app with keyboards and now the only thing that works is your new keyboards. All mid messages I send from any other apps are not transmitted. Please help.

Another great app from SPD! It allows me to use my iPad and iPhone as an integrated system. This has greatly changed and improved my workflow. Thanks again for this!

Apple has already integrated Bluetooth over iOS - making this kind of obsolete (in my opinion). Sorry if that's not correct, but right now I'm wishing I didn't make the purchase so quickly (and that they hadn't jacked up the price from what it was before...)
