Used this wireless hard drive for years and liked it kinda. Not exactly the fastest thing in the world. Finally organized the mess and cleared the drive clean and changed the email associated with it and now it says invalid email after getting emails and being told it was changed. Lol no idea. But I backed all my items up to other drives and saying so long. Slow only somewhat useful and also the need to have it hard wired in doesn’t appeal to me a ton either
Crashes on iPhone and iPad

The app continues to crash whenever I open it on my devices. It seems ok on my Mac Pro. Very frustrating.

I decided to return this product as it was torutre to deal with support on fixing issues witht the device that I had just purchased. TERRIBLE and nothing but foreign support that barely speak english

I've had lots of issues. The main one now is I can't delete anything from the app.
They removed the ability to browse- Fixed!!!

UPDATE: it's fixed! Files are now viewable and browsable! Not sure why it took so long for them to show up. I was using the Apollo as a way to play my music remotely. Now there is no way to browse and select by folder, you can only play audio files by searching by file name. I hope they add it back, the device is super-geared to photo and video sharing and is not great with much else after this "upgrade"-- I'm disappointed. Now it's just a hard drive.

After a bit of a rough start, I have found my Apollo to work flawlessly. I do like it and see file downloading to be faster than other cloud options. I recommend this unit just make sure to fully understand the file structure and what to expect.
Keeps crashing

I updated the app and I just can’t make it run. As soon as I open it... it crashes almost immediately. The firmware is up to date, everything looks fine. Wasted 40 minutes of my time live chatting with their live chat support and they could not give me an answer. I hope it’s a bug and they fix it soon.
