Camera works... Alarms don't work ... Emails don't work ... Can't you guys make this easy ??

Cam app was always spotty from remote locations---wouldn't connect many times, but it was my only option that came with the cameras I bought.----The worst of it is that when they updated the app recently, it wiped out all my cameras and especially it wiped out my pictures that I had taken when it would connect---many personal pics that are lost forever---I tried to contact them through their website support email and the email was undeliverable----Apple should be ashamed to allow this developer in their store---

Worked sometimes; then today or yesterday they updated and it erased all my old pic; videos and info on camera feed; what a waste of time and money; camera is 600 miles away so I can't get to it to set up all over again; THANKS

You have to be kidding me. You created an update that doesn't first port over the camera settings from the previous version? Leaving everyone unable to view their cameras until they get around to redoing all their configurations. Absolute garbage.

Update erased everything. Led lights don't turn off when you hit close, but they turn off when you hit auto?? So when I log in last night it looks like a flashlight in the window!! Lucky I wrote down camera info so I could re-enter info to be able to use again. I have two cameras and I hit camera reboot on one....don't do that. Even after entering info it won't let me get that camera again. Very disappointed.
