App doesn't dynamically search when navigating map area. It's like it doesn't refresh the information after you view a property and then all other properties disappear. Don't bother. Use another app.

I put in search Clarkston MICHIGAN it took me to Clarkston Georgia .....got all excited about apartment until I found out my commute was going to be 11 hours ....let down but funny lol
Poorly Designed and Payments Fail

Poorly designed and their rent payment system does not work. It posts as paid in your account then fails and returns check with late fee. Worst part is that it shows account balance as paid and risks late payment fees.
It doesn’t do anything

Got a link from our property manager. This app was supposed to let us view our accounts, schedule maintenance requests, pay rent, reserve amenities etc. All it does is show a map with a search function that can’t find anything. It’s worthless!
