There isn’t really news anymore. It’s all skewed to lean left or right, depending on where you get your news. I always believed that the news should be like a mirror in the way news is reported. A mirror shows you things as they are. Good, bad or indifferent. It doesn’t alter or change anything, and it doesn’t show you only a part of the picture that it wants you to see. True news reporting should do that too, but it doesn’t. And that is why no one believes what they read or has faith in the press anymore.
What happened. Updated version will not open.

I loved this app - then I clicked on Update. Hasn’t worked since! It opens to a blank white screen and after a minute closes. I still get notifications, but can’t read then. Is there a way to revert to the version that worked?

I once looked to AP as a mostly factual news resource. I cannot recall over the past 6 months one article that did not include left-leaning editorial commentary within the first 50 words. And I guess that’s my editorial commentary. Just tell me what happened. That’s it and so long to this app.

Content good, but function touchy

I prefer this app to many other incredibly biased news apps, but I find it very “touchy” to work with. It too easily swipes to a different page with just the tiniest accidental touch of your hand. That’s pretty annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it!
Appreciate fact-based journalism, but latest update just crashes

As always, the content has been solid, but since a recent update the app doesn’t open. So the great AP content cannot be accessed.

Some earlier updates were poor, caused crashes. This most recent update is solid and good. Reporting is accurate and impartial. User interface is very good. Please ignore far-right nuts who don’t like facts that disagree with their politics.
