I have been a member of AOL since 1993. At times I have wondered if “the original” online biz was going to survive with the onslaught of new and innovative players that moved in with mass uprisings....and they have! I believe this new App will keep them in the running but it really is a constant battle. Sooooo keep at it!

Don’t use the other parts of the app, but works great for my legacy aol email address. Keep it fast and simple.

As stated by previous poster, I agree 100%! For so many years I ADORED AOL and was staying with them (even when I was teased unmercifully by friends) as there was always something good I could say and felt it was worth the chiding but now I’m really thinking about leaving which really would mess me up with my doctors and healthcare which makes me way upset! “I WANT MY AOL BACK”!!!

I don’t use this much. It is the replacement when Verizon got out of the email business. I tried many times to get on and couldn’t. Since it doesn’t save my email address I had to type it in on every attempt. I finally decided to hit the button to change the password. When I went to enter it it tells me “you can’t reuse your current password”. Hmm, how do you know that is my password now but would not let me sign on with it? Finally get that done and the only things in my inbox are from AOL trying to sell me anti virus software and surprise, a password manager. Shady.

This new interface seems more confusing than the last. I'm also a paying aol member but see an advertisement always at the top of my email feed on the iPad version of the app.

This app has its bugs and it unexpectedly closes out when I’m sending emails. I’m Very disappointed and I rather use my laptop to reply to messages. I’m not happy??????????????

I switched from the iOS mail app to this so I could more easily turn on 2 factor authentication. Very pleased with the ease of use.

This works well, co-ordinating with AOL in my other devices, including draft e-mails. I enjoy that complete co-ordination. I can take a photo for an e-mail then later save it to my camera roll if I want it there. Changes to the address book have to be made on another computer, but so far that is working out for me. All my files in the cloud are available as well.
