I have had most all the other apps for this type of planning and or journaling. This one covers the bases. Allows pictures and edits of those pictures. Allows handwriting and typing. Allows memos and reminders that sync with your regular apps. Ties seamlessly into your calendar. And the home run is that it is not a subscription. One time purchase! So far I enjoy the options of font and themes. If anything changes I will update, but for now it is the best bang for the buck. Update: This is still the app I use everyday and with these new improvements, it just got better! Thanks AnyPlan!

It seems that I am always searching and experimenting with calendar/planner apps, and one thing I have learned is just how difficult it has to be for a developer to walk the line between feature rich and clean simplicity. In my mind, this developer has nailed it! The app is a pleasure to look at, very intuitive, and not overwhelming like some can be. Fantastic job!

Task and note can not sync. It is not so convenient for me, how to fix it. And no customer service.

For fans of the DayTimers type of hard-copy personal organizer, this is the one. It has replaced three separate apps on my iPhone and iPad: Calendar, Journey, and Errands, all of which were really good for me, but the Any.Plan takes care of all of the functions those other apps did, and in my favorite DayTimers format. There used to be a similar-format planner on MS Windows made by Lotus, which was absolutely great, but it has dropped out of sight due to the popularity of MS Office. Now Any.Plan has stepped up to take its place. I keep finding features that make it better! My only complaint so far is that it doesn’t have a Windows version that syncs with it. If that ever comes to pass, it would be close to 100% perfect! 9/30/20: new changes, the app keeps getting better. The developer responds quickly to questions & suggestions. I’m really happy with it!
