I downloaded this to help me stay on track, and become more productive. I love lists, so I thought this app looked awesome. I appreciate that it has a reminder feature, and that has definitely helped me. But I dislike the limitations. I don’t want to have to get the premium version or whatever, but I feel like I have to, because a lot of the features are very restricted without it. I just want to be able to use the app. This is something that annoys me, because it happens so often. It’s not the most visually pleasing, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of features. I was super excited about this app, but it has not quite lived up to my expectations.

This app has been extremely useful to me. It helps me keep my assignments and other jobs in organized. Especially during the pandemic of COVID-19 with online classes I feel much more organized and less overwhelmed . I completely suggest it and will recommend it to others! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Simple, Powerful and it just works.

The right balance! My External Brain! I love Any.do and use it as my external brain! Tracking to-dos is merely a way of remembering what to do and that is not really helpful when you intend to complete those to-dos and have multiple action items along the way with no real end date in concrete. But with Any.do, I am able to track the task, what I want the outcome to be, and all the action items that come up along the way. Plus little notes, reminders, and yes deadlines when I need them. Basically this has helped me manage my personal and professional life. But like anyone geared towards reducing stress and owning their lives, interactions, projects, tasks, and promises you have to commit to it. Check Any.do regularly and focus on the use of it to maintain your external brain so you can finally get some of this open-loop task geared annoyances out of your brain and focus on what is in front of you. TLDR - seriously good app if you commit

I have been using Any.do for my work, my home, and my Bible Study group for about 5 years. I love it so much I don’t really know what I’d do without it. I started using it for work as an organization tool and the list-making and ability to include others is so simple. But to tell you the truth, my husband and I use it continuously for shopping lists. No need to call each other and ask if we’ll pick up something. Look at what’s on the list. If it’s there, it needs to be purchased. We have a list for each store. And the minute you think of something you need— it goes on the list. No getting to the store & trying to remember what you were supposed to buy. My Bible Study group loves it for prayer. We put names on just as soon as we know we should pray for them.

Unreasonable Customer Service

I paid for the pro subscription because I thought it would do (simply) what I needed. It did not, and therefor I never used the app. When I reached out to cancel and have the amount refunded (during the pandemic mind you), I explained I never used the tool and that it did not do what I’d hoped. Here is the only response I received - “Per our TOS and as stated on our Help Center, we can only issue refunds for subscription payments that occur within 48 hours of your payment being processed.” Basically, they aren’t willing to do anything to help me (even though I’m certain they could). I prefer to work with companies that are willing to have a human approach to these situations, not companies that want to hide behind their terms of service as an excuse to take me money for nothing. I will never be recommending this company to clients again.

Not working - now fixed

I downloaded this yesterday, paid for the version with the bells and whistles and spent time inputting my tasks and meetings. It looks great. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it had frozen and now it will not open. It freezes while trying to open and then just shuts down. I’ll give it a couple days to see if the programming can but fixed, but otherwise I’m cancelling quickly to avoid losing money. It’s a shame, the format (for the first 4 hours) was fantastic. Update to my prior review: IT reached out and has been very responsive over the last week or so in trying to fix the crashing issue. They updated the software and the crashing problem is resolved! I have this app on my iPhone and iPad. The goal is to get rid of my paper planner, and this 100% has me on my way. Truly a great app to stay organized with tasks and calendar. Thanks for the help, IT!
