Uniformed doctors that are not understanding of what the actual laws and rules are. Kind of shocking to know more than the doctor.
They won’t let me unsubscribe
Useful, but needs improvement
Since I subscribed from the webpage, the only way to unsubscribe is through the support team. I’ve contacted them through chat support and through E-Mail 3 times now in order to cancel my subscription and still don’t have any answer or confirmation. It feels almost like a scam. I’m supposed to be able to cancel at any time I want but it seems like they just won’t let me. The service was okay (not great). Although I had to wait a lot in the waiting room to get to see the doctor.

They gave me a time range between 4-5 pm and I got a call at 4:45 so right on time. Dr. McDowell was very helpful and kind and I would recommend this app to everyone!

The customer service experience is absolutely fantastic. I loved the agent who helped me cause the app was being weird and kept missing the appointment, while I was waiting for my turn with my phone in my hand. However I didn’t receive the Doctor’s note that I’ve paid for because they can’t give me more than 5 days leave. This wasn’t mentioned before I paid them $49. They should have said that before getting my money. I really needed that note, o don’t care about the money. So that didn’t do any help for me.

Took my payment and said it was available in MO, but after it took the payment it said it was NOT available in MO. Save yourself the money and don’t use this app. All they do is take your money and then say they can’t help you because their services are NOT available in your area.
