One less feature

Disappointed that you can no longer see when an item is almost out of stock. I used to count on that feature to nab my favorites before they were gone. A step backward for me.
Can’t preview items without clicking/opening each one

Would be better if you could preview the various shots of each item while they’re on the main page, as opposed to having to click and open each item to get to the various views of it. See Nordstrom app for example of this.

Cancelled Orders

I have been a loyal customer for at least 10years and really like shopping at Anthro. They have good quality items, great return policy, and the people that work at my local store (Perimeter)are always helpful and pleasant. However, on multiple occasions I have had my order cancelled by Anthro. When I place an order (online or through the store) and Anthro accepts the order I do not expect a week or more to tell me the items are not in stock and that my order has been cancelled. The ‘We’re sorry we’re a bit behind’ note doesn’t cut it; it just makes me want to shop elsewhere. Especially , after it has happened several times. I accept that it can take 24 to 48 hrs. for the inventory to cycle through but 5 to 7 business days is unacceptable!

I wish I had the old version of the app. You can’t narrow down by category anymore. If you’re wanting to see the chairs that are on sale you have to go through 600+ in the home-sale section and look at everything.
This Season

Disappointed in the styles this season. Too many dresser dresses not cute cotton/Blend summer sundresses. Not liking all the cut out back, front waist along with see through tops which need camis (too hot with additional cami) and most inappropriate for work. Plus too many black or white clothing with limited selection of colors. I am a big Anthropologie customer, not so much this season!
