It been a while since I tried to log in but I am still getting the same anonymous authentication failure message. And the app is useless I would really like to be able to sign in and use the app again. I do not remember the name of the old account on this device. But was wondering if there was something that can be done.

This app is full of creeps that will that leave u alone I do not approve it is so nasty how people on this app are!!!!!!!im married and I thought this would be a good app to find friends but no!!!!! it’s horrible and really stupid!!!

I really don’t understand why showing cleavage is a bad thing here. I mean as long as it shows my face And cleavage.

For the last 2 years I’ve truly enjoyed this app. I’m am a Power User having paid for the extra features the app offers. On 5/26/19 the app updated and now refuses to let me log in. I’ve deleted the app. Updated iOS. Re-installed the app. No success. I don’t like submitting reviews like this but can not find any other recourse at this point. It’s been three weeks and I even wiped my iPhone back to factory settings. Still cannot log in to the app. I keep getting an error that anonymous session could not be started. And there is no way to reach the developer. EDIT Feb 5, 2020 I see there is an update that will fix the login errors. It has been happening to me since May of 2019 as jjeess101 (no stalkers please lol). I tried everything to no avail. Hopefully I’ll be able to log in again. EDIT Feb 28, 2020 I’ve done as instructed by the developer response and still cannot log in. Same error “anonymous authentication failed”. Sigh ....... EDIT Mar 4, 2020 I started from scratch and downloaded version 6.01 and I still get the anonymous authentication error. I am about to give up all hope that I will ever be able to use this app again. Sigh....... EDIT Mar 9, 2020 I updated to 6.02 and I still get the anonymous authentication error. Sigh.......... EDIT Mar 21, 2020 I’ve followed the developer’s suggestion and I still get the same authentication error. This is truly hopeless. Will this app ever work properly again ??!! EDIT April 22, 2020 Still getting the anonymous authentication error. It’s been almost a year and I still cannot get logged in. Is the developer doing anything to fix this issue ? EDIT May 26, 2020 It is now well over a year since I continue to get the anonymous authentication error. It is clear the app developer has no desire to correct this issue. I paid plenty of money to use this app as a premium user and even made in-app purchases. The people that use the app were fun but the developer is sorely lacking in what it takes to make this app a success. EDIT November 23, 2020 Just set up my new iPhone 12. I thought I’d give this app a try. No go. Same error message I’ve been getting for 18 months. What gives !! Apple, this app developer needs a serious revising of its practices. I paid good money for this app and can’t even use it. EDIT August 17, 2021 Still getting the anonymous authentication error. When will this be fixed? I’ve swapped phones multiple times and I keep getting the error. So sad…..
Reporting false users.

I’ve had the app for years, but when I get users trying to scan me by sending my info to them, I want to report it. I had a user today that wanted my telephone number. The only thing I could report her/him for was offensive picture or offensive username. Since I couldn’t report her/him I reported them under the previous mentioned and I got a kicked off for my report because it was deemed false. How about you fix that. Why not let your users be your moderators. I’m sure that was not the only fake account on this app.
How long until the monitoring team reviews cases?

I’ve been enjoying the app and randomly got locked out for no reason. I have no clue what I did? How long until the monitoring team will review my case and unlocked my profile???

Couldn’t find a way to block users on this app, other than to delete the chat rooms. The Report function doesn’t give an option to report threatening behavior from other users. I was using this app last night when another user threatened me with physical harm. I could not report them because there isn’t a function to report dangerous behavior. Took a screenshot of their profile, and now my account is blocked from public spaces, I can’t post a profile pic, and can’t see other profile pics. The developer needs to find a balance here and provide a safe space, not a one-sided platform that seems to br in favor of victimization. Too bad because I was about to pay the $39.99 for the Power User upgrade.
