Rip off can’t cancel unapproved purchases or delete account

I’ve been trying to cancel numerous unauthorized purchases that are pending and nowhere in the app will it let you do anything regarding your in app purchases. I’ve written them several times and haven’t gotten a response and it won’t let you delete your account...you have to stay inactive for 30 days for them to consider deleting it. Plus the app is lame

I see a lot of anonymous chat rooms filled with perverts and predators, but this one seems to stay on top of the game in keeping it safe for users. Easy reporting system with specific reasons to choose from. Easy to block unwanted people and conversations, Plus a huge amount of chats for everyone. Pretty safe and fun application.

It’s great for socializing instead of having to go out and actually socialize when you have social anxiety ? great way to meet new people for sure I use it all the time

I like the privacy of the app but it makes me nervous as an adult how many minors seem to be on here...I would’ve done the same thing, just clicking yes im 18, as a hormonal teen but as an adult now it makes me uneasy. I’d suggest making it available for all ages so that minors aren’t inclined to lie right away and then minors can be in chats with other minors exploring their hormones or whatever. I also appreciate that the concept was originally for/inspired by people with mental health issues just needing to chat. I also think minors would benefit from that specifically with the surge of hormones and harshness of middle/high school clicks being pretty evil at times. Needing someone to chat with anonymously at any age can be cathartic.

Any time a new person messages me, if I’m not in the app, it doesn’t exist. I get the notification, open the app, and their message isn’t there no matter what I do. The app is full of spam bots and dudes sending nudes publicly. The app is alright, just needs more attention.

I love this app because it lets me voice my thoughts without feeling judged. I’m anonymous after all, so I can vent about almost anything and feel safe. It’s also a great place to get to know people. The people in control of this app try their hardest to make sure it’s a safe place, and I appreciate their efforts. So far, I’ve been having tons of fun!
