HOW TO PLAY:

This app has demos in the counting games that allow independent play.
- Scenes (blue icons):
Interact with the elements of each scene and the texts found in them.
- Games (blue icons after the scenes):
Drag, select, catch or throw the apples in the respective baskets.
- Pastry (yellow icons):
Discovering mechanics sequences corresponding to each of the stages of preparing the apple pies.
- Puzzle:
Assemble each of the puzzles by rotating the cards and putting them in the right position.
- Party:
Interact with the balloons that are on this screen.
- Trophy Room:
Once played all worlds and won, trophies are obtained which must be placed in their respective places.

Annie's Picking Apples 2: Learning Games is a great way to introduce sorting, and number awareness from 1 through 20. In between the number activities there are fun games (puzzles, pie making) for additional motivation. Users will learn and have fun with Annie the chipmunk while they make their way through the maze of activities. Use the tracking feature to keep tabs on how the user is doing with the activities. Excellent graphics that provide a clean and crisp display of color. The short video tutorials are a great help prior to playing the game and provide independence throughout. Multiple activities will keep the user engaged with the app. I highly recommend this app for any student working on number awareness. ACTbyJackieBryla

With 27 worlds in which to learn and play, this app has a lot to offer! Annie's Picking Apple's 2 is tons of fun for children, who will work on core early learning skills as they help a charming squirrel named Annie along her journey to make apple pies for a picnic. Children will learn counting, sorting, problem solving, sequencing, and more! There are achievements and trophies to be earned, as well as plenty of praise to keep children motivated. In iPad settings, the app can be customized for the user's age. Plus, in the locked section for parents, there are suggestions for settings that are suitable for special needs children. This app also tracks data, and has no links, ads, or in-app purchases. I highly recommend it for hours of learning as well as fun!

This game works on important foundational skills for my students with disabilities, like one-to-one correspondence and counting. It is engaging and fun so my students can learn these skills and not even realize it! Awesome!

This app has great sound and animation. It also provides engaing fun with numbers, puzzles, and more. The app allows you the user to turn off the music and voice. It has a Parent Access section which gives an overview of the activities, visual graphs, it provides parents with the activities their child has completed are started with a time stamp. Great tips from the content partner are provided and help button with instruction and tips for assistive technology.
