For some reason I don't have animals for first few letters... Is that normal?

I had this animal name and sound video on tube but was looking for the same in App. Perfect... Super 5 star...

Ok given it is free. But concept good. Also, could start with some more household names instead of launching straight into the more esoteric ones

a simple app ok for a toddler as is. If this app is updated please use lower case letters for the spelling feature. That would make it more beneficial for preschoolers. It would help new readers to see the words as they would see them in books (lower case letters) not all caps a kindergarten teachers nightmare!

I used to love having my babies play with this app. Since I updated, it now includes freaking banner ads for automobiles. Now the can't play with this app without tapping on an ad and leaving the app. This wasn't free software, I PAID for this. I wouldn't have paid for this if I knew it was going to be ad supported. I want my money back.

The insect labeled bee is actually a fly that looks like a bee, also known as a bee fly. The animal labeled a doe is obviously also a fawn. If animals are going to be labeled by gender then this app should also show what the general species is called for both sexes i.e. doe and buck are both deer. The beaver and badger have the same sound effect. Which is the correct one? Please correct these items mentioned. Other than that, this is a decent flash card app to learn animals, except some changes need to be made. There should also be upper and lower case lettering for spelling, and the font needs to be bigger, flash forward, or more pronounce in some way.

No options so the animal name is announced every time. Some sounds don't even play.

This app is good for kids to explore the sounds that different animals make and learn the names of animals. It has a nice variety and large number of animals. Unfortunately, the pictures of the creatures are not a consistent size: the lion was tiny on the screen and the fly was huge is just one example. While it is great that the pictures are actual photos, they are not extracted well and were poor quality (many were pixelated). In addition, the sound quality was mediocre. Many of the animal sounds were garbled. This could be a very good app if more attention were given to these things and brought up to a quality that uses the potential of the iPad.

This game was great until the most recent update. Who thought it was a good idea to put ads in an app for small children? Now we can't go more than fifteen seconds without clicking on some ad that takes us away from the activity.
