Not fair!

This would be a great app, except you buy it, then where there are the characters are these annoying ads, that my toddler keeps inadvertently hitting! The only way to make the ads go away? Spend more for "ad free"!!!!!! This is a kids app, I am disappointed that this designer is trying to eke out more money. I will purchase no more of their apps. Not a good business tactic.

Complete bait & switch

Paid for the app once. Now after the latest updates (which was NOT indicated in the changes notes, it only said the graphics we're "updated". Whatta load. They weren't at all) it now displays a huge ad on the bottom & wants me to pay again to get rid of it. I've generally liked these apps from this company. I looked the other way when they started trying to sell you their other stories every time you start one of their apps now (by having the start screen scroll up through their other books before you can select the one you actually own), but I'm not looking the other way with this nonsense. Deleting it & will never buy another one. I'm deleting the others as well. Stay away from these dishonest people! Trying to do this to kids is pretty low.

I NEVER write reviews, but the fact that this app has ads along the bottom of the story the entire time is really frustrating. You can hardly see the characters because of the ad. And what's even more annoying is that at some points an ad slides in and covers the arrow to go to the next page! So you can't even move on unless you wait for it to disappear or click on the ad. I understand that it's a FREE app but there are plenty other FREE kids apps that don't have ads all over the place. This one will most likely be getting deleted because of this...which is a shame, as it seems to be a GREAT interactive story.

You can't even see the bottom of the app because of the ad. And if you have a babe that likes to touch the screen (what baby doesn't) then every time they touch the ad you're redirected out of the app. Advertising is bad enough. But advertising to children is terrible. I'd rather pay for the app and not have ads. Lame.

For as much as this app has in it of course there would be ads to offer you a sample of the app. Some one has to pay for it, so I am greatful that I am able to have it for free. Thank you for this great app, my 2 year old loves it, and he learns his numbers, if only I had this when I was his age, I would be a genius in school!

The auto play option keeps my 11 month old occupied on airplanes. She likes the animals and the music.
